How it works
Load the bag
Lay the open end of a vacuum bag in the channel and close the lid.
Air out, seal shut
It removes the air, then heat-seals the bag. The display shows what it’s doing.

- Sealed food still goes in the fridge or freezer.
Delivery
Delivery depends on where you live. After you order, we email you the estimated delivery time for your country, and a tracking number once your parcel ships. Delivery is included in the price.
Returns and refunds
- Faulty or not as described
- Email us at clip.sealvacuumsellers@gmail.com with your order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, and cover the return postage if the item has to come back.
- Changed your mind
- If you’re in the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us first, then send the item back in its original packaging at your own cost. We refund you once it arrives, and may reduce the refund if the item has been used beyond what is needed to check it.
Privacy
Clip Seal collects your name, email address, delivery address and phone number when you order. We use them to take payment, arrange delivery and answer your questions.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details. We never see them. To deliver your order, we share your name, address and phone number with our supplier and the courier.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, where the law allows, by emailing clip.sealvacuumsellers@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
